The city of Tournai, with the help of Europe and the Walloon Region, decided to transform the place Verte in Tournai in an "urban lifestyle point".
The purpose of this project is to convert the site into a public space full of life thanks to the active contribution of the inhabitants.
The space is now improved with street furniture, books and games, urban garden, ... that encourage the encounter and community life.
